Love this dress. The cut and fabric are perfect.
I wore this to a countryside reception and the criss-cross open back is such a beautiful detail that photographed perfectly all afternoon. The lilac floral print is even richer in person, and the corset-style bodice with lace-up back let me adjust the fit myself for a really flattering shape. I did find the lace-up ties took a couple tries to get evenly snug on both sides, but once set, the dress stayed comfortable for hours.
I wore this to a vineyard tasting and the flared midi skirt moved so effortlessly in the breeze that I kept getting compliments all afternoon. The mint green with the pink floral scattered throughout feels so fresh and calming, and the criss-cross open back adds such a pretty detail without sacrificing any support. My only small note is the criss-cross straps in the back took a minute to adjust for comfort, but once settled it was smooth sailing the rest of the day.
The corset bodice shapes the waist beautifully, and the sweetheart neckline with the criss-cross back adds such a lovely detail you don't expect from the front view. It does run small through the bust, so I'd definitely recommend sizing up if you're in between. But the fabric itself feels soft and breathable. This became my favorite dress!
