Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

All USA orders take approximately 1–2 working days to ship. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it right away — so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Please email us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can track updates directly through the carrier’s website.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You can choose to receive store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.Return shipping is not provided. If you choose to use our prepaid return label, a $14.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories and final sale items are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

Please email info@ohpretty.com with your order number and reason for return.We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently offer store credit so you can repurchase the correct size or color once your return is processed.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Product & Sizing

How do I choose my size?

Each product has a detailed Size Guide on its page.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Our dresses are designed to be fitted through the waist and bust for that perfect Oh Pretty silhouette.

Do your dresses run true to size?

Most of our pieces run true to size, but fit may vary slightly by fabric and style. You can always email us for personalized sizing advice.

What if my dress doesn’t fit?

No worries — you can return it for store credit or a refund and reorder the size that works best.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Select styles are restocked based on demand. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified first.

Do colors appear exactly as shown?

We do our best to display accurate colors, but variations may occur due to lighting, camera settings, or screen brightness.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code may be applied per order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Oh Pretty e-gift cards are available and make the perfect gift. You can purchase them directly on our website.

Oh Pretty is based in Freehold, New Jersey, USA. All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Care & Quality

How should I care for my dress?

Please refer to the care label inside each garment. Most dresses should be hand-washed in cold water or dry cleaned only. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the fabric’s structure and color.

Where are your products made?

Our garments are designed in the USA and ethically produced in trusted partner factories overseas.

Other Questions

Do you offer custom orders or alterations?

At this time, we don’t offer custom tailoring. However, most of our dresses can be easily adjusted by a local seamstress for the perfect fit.

Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely. Your privacy and data are protected under our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your information.
