We ship items as they become available so you receive your order as quickly as possible—especially for upcoming events.

If you selected Free Returns at checkout, the returns labels are free.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• All tags attached
• Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear

• All Oh Pretty dresses include an Oh Pretty Return Ribbon, which must remain attached and intact
• Returns with the ribbon removed, tampered with, or damaged will not be accepted
• Returns received beyond the return window will not be accepted
• Any items showing signs of wear will not be accepted
• Items worn for events, photoshoots, or social content will be declined
• Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted

The following items are non-returnable:

• Final sale items
• Accessories
• Gift cards

Once your return is received:

• Store credit: 1–2 business days
• Refunds: 5–7 business days to your original payment method
