Good news — every Oh Pretty order includes free worldwide shipping, with no minimum spend.

Standard delivery operates Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (EST). U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, and international orders within 3–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please note:

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to third-party couriers or forwarding companies.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier delays.

Shipping Methods

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Orders

We offer free international shipping worldwide. For international orders, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance in your country.

Delivery Issues
