- Free Exchanges: Get the perfect size or style shipped out right away
- Refunds: Subject to a $14.95 processing fee (waived if Free Returns was selected at checkout)
- U.S. Returns: Prepaid label available
- International Returns: Customer covers return shipping and duty.
All dresses include an Oh Pretty Return Ribbon. This must remain attached for your return to be accepted.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
Returns showing signs of wear or sent after 14 days will not be accepted.
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
