The smocked waist makes this so comfortable to dance in all night, and I loved being able to adjust the halter ties to get the perfect fit since I'm petite up top. The ruffled skirt is adorable and full of movement, but I'd recommend styling underwear since the halter cut is pretty revealing in the back and sides.

I wore this to a patio dinner and the pastel blue-and-pink print got so many compliments. The layered ruffle hem is so playful and fun to move in, and I loved being able to adjust the halter ties to keep things modest during the day. The smocked waist fits comfortably, but the plunging front does require careful tying if you want more coverage since it can gap open a bit.
