We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return your item within 14 days for store credit—simple and fast.
Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds are subject to a $14.95 return processing fee, deducted from your refund.
This fee is waived if you selected Free Returns at checkout.
Instant Exchange
Need a different size or style? Choose an instant exchange and we’ll ship your new dress right away—no waiting.
Return Shipping
U.S. Returns
Use our prepaid return label for convenience. A $14.95 fee applies unless Free Returns was selected at purchase.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and duty.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
All Oh Pretty dresses include an Oh Pretty Return Ribbon. This ribbon must remain attached and intact. Returns with the ribbon removed, tampered with, or damaged will not be accepted.
Returns received beyond the return window or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Any items that appear worn, altered, or used for an event, photoshoot, or social content will be declined.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.
