Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope you love your Oh Pretty purchase! If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Options

• Store Credit: Return your item for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

• Refund to Original Payment Method: You may request a refund to your original form of payment.

• Return Shipping:

• U.S. returns: Shipping is not provided. If you use our prepaid label, $14.95 USD will be deducted from your refund.

• International returns: Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All tags and original packaging must be attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns received beyond the return window or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
